Monroe County Animal Hospital has an on-site pharmacy for pet prescriptions and a large selection of over-the-counter pet products. Choose from the latest heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives to treatments for digestive, skin, eye, ear and other problems. We also sell everyday vitamins, Hills prescription pet food, Science Diet for dogs and cats, collars and leashes, yummy treats, and other pet supplies. For more convenience, email our Client Coordinator to refill prescriptions, reorder food, or ask questions about your pet. Prescriptions, foods, and other pet products can be ordered online and delivered to your doorstep via a partnership with VetSource®, a trusted online source for quality pet products.

Now your prescriptions, foods and other pet products can be ordered online and delivered to your doorstep! Monroe County Animal Hospital has partnered with VetSource®, a trusted online source for quality pet products, to set up an online store.
There’s no enrollment fee, no monthly service fee, and no cancellation fee. Simply CLICK HERE and select “My Account” at the top right to “create an account.” On return visits, just log in. VetSource® coordinates with our veterinarians to fulfill your pet’s prescriptions and refills, and non-prescription items can be ordered easily. The menu bar across the online pharmacy page shows the numerous name-brand products available for dogs and cats.
The pharmacists at VetSource work with our veterinarians to double-check for drug interactions, allergy concerns, and prescribing instructions.
Standard delivery of orders $49 and up is FREE. Save on your first order, sign up for emailed discount coupons, and check “Today’s Deals” and “Promotions.” Note refrigerated medications may require additional charges.
Prescription Refills & Food Reorders
A special email is set up for Monroe County Animal Hospital patients which goes directly to the Client Coordinator, Ellyn. Use this email service for:
- Prescription Refills – Include client name, pet name, prescription name, contact phone number
- Food Orders – Include client name, pet name, a specific type of food and quantity, contact phone number
