Since we have just relocated to Monroe County this was our first visit. Having been with our previous vet for over 10 years I was anxious about the change. We were welcomed and made to feel at home right away by Misty and Krista was a pro at handling our pups. Our wait time was reasonable and I feel that Dr Harrell spent plenty of time explaining everything and reviewing an action plan for both my dogs’ health. I truly felt like we were in good hands!
Dr Phyllis Harrell and staff were professional, courteous and kind. It’s clear they love our animals and they try to make them feel at ease. Dr Harrell always takes time to answer all my questions and is knowledgeable and experienced. Couldn’t ask for better!
The staff is wonderful, friendly, kind, caring, accommodating and knowledgeable. I go every time knowing that my babies are in good hands and well cared for, not to mention they love it there.
Great vet care. Affordable. These folks always treat my Ava and I like family. I love these folks and appreciate the excellent service they always provide to my dog and my family’s pets as well. Thanks a bunch .
This place is hands down the best vet/animal hospital I have ever dealt with. I recommend them highly. We have been going there for a year and each time we are impressed with the service, care, and experience. MCAH is fantastic and affordable too. We are grateful to have found them and will always entrust our fur babies to their care.
My experience with MCAH was beyond excellent! Dr. Buchanan, Ellen, and the entire staff go above and beyond for their four-legged patients! Their customer service is top-notch! I would recommend MCAH to everyone!
